These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Day Zero Supply Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.

2. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

3. Shipping and returns

4. What you're buying

We sell reference books and printed material. The content is educational and general in nature. It is not professional medical, legal, engineering, construction, electrical or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for training, professional help or emergency services.

Many of the activities described — using tools, working with fire and heat, food preservation, water treatment, working at height, electrical work — carry real risk of injury, illness, property damage or death if done incorrectly. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with the laws, codes and permits that apply where you live. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information in our products.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products — text, illustrations, photographs, logos and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or publish it, in whole or in part, without written permission.

6. The Day Zero Club

Club access is included free with every order. There is no card on file and no recurring charge. We may change or discontinue the club at any time. Doing so does not affect your purchase or your right to a refund under the Refund Policy.

7. Accounts and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under it. Don't use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with its operation.

8. Third-party services

We use third parties for payment processing, shipping and email. Their handling of your data is covered by our Privacy Policy and by their own terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Day Zero Supply Co. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
